1984 essay

the government that is seen in 1984 is similar to something that we can see now in North Korea, the government is ruler of everything, and also its people are convinced that they are richest country in the world, that they life isn the best of conditions, that there couldm be nothing better and that every country comes to then for help, but the reality is that they are actually the opposite, but the government cant let the people know all this because it would take faith away from the party.

the problem with the government in 1984 that makes it different then the society in today’s world, is the fact that in 1984 they are convinced about the great war that is always happening, also the fact that everyone in 1984 knows what happens to people that commit crimes, but in today’s world its different because you cant convince people of things like the great war.

Ishmael blog 3

the book Ishmael has a lot of great scenes, some that really captivate the second that you read them, a scene that really captivated me is the first scene where the narrator talks with Ishmael for the fist time and Ishmael tells him his story.

 the reason that I  really like the scene is the stuff that Ishmael tells, his story of how he came to be where he was. this scene is just in credible, it talks about the conflict that animals get when they are in captivity, in comparison of animals that live in the wild, but it gets to a point where it really hits you and you just cant help but feel sorry for these animals and you really get the desire to help the world, and I find that really cool, because a lot of books don’t have the power to really make you think about problems and things that go on in the world,a dn i find theat to be something to be respected of the book.

I find the scene of the book to be something really amazing, its truly a wonderful pice of literature, some thing that can really glue you to the book, and every time something new happens it gives you another chance to really think about your self, it helps you to look in the mirror and see what you really are, and its something really worth it, because there are few moments were you can look at your self  and see what is really there.

So like I said in my previous blog, I really enjoy the book and I hope that other people get to read it as well.

Ishmael blog 2

I have to confess that Ishmael is nothing like I have ever read before, it’s truly amazing the things that this book talks about and how it addresses them, I can’t describe them with any other thing I have ever read before, the thing that is so original is that fact that most people address the problem of nature by the point of view of man, but in Ishmael, he describes al the things  that he has gone by, which make it incredible.

books like Ishmael are defiantly not something that I usually read, I’m usually a person that reads action or mystery or horror, but i never read a psychological book like this, I have read the book Sex , Lies, and handwriting but its nothing compared to this. So when they first gave me the book, I was a little bored, I thought that this book was gonna be a boring story of some guy who  went to a life skills class, but then I started reading and it got me from the very beginning, I guess it’s the way the narrator tells the story and the author’s ability to put Ishmael thoughts in paper in such a way that you get to a point that you really feel like you are in Ishmael’s class.

This book has really made me think about a lot of stuff, how we life or life and how our life affects other people, and not just people but the whole world, I recommend this book to literally avery one, I don’t think that some one can read this book and  say  that they didn’t like it and that it had no effect on them

Book report: Sex, Lies, and Handwriting

the book sex lies and handwriting tells a lot of different ways of reading someones hand writing, but out off all the ways I found that the 3 that really spoke out to me were the Following.

people that don’t follow the rules: people that don’t follow rules on paper usually don’t like to follow rules in real life, for example if you ever see a writer that goes under the lines that are set on a paper, or someone that doesn’t respect the borders of paper, them yu are probably dealing with someone that doesn’t mind breaking the rules to get what they want, this specific thing in handwriting is usually found the handwriting of small type criminals,like vandals and car thieves, but for the big serial killers there is also another thing the must be seen

Words that look like other words: the other thing that is a common thing is criminals are the words that look like other words, like and a that looks like a c. Or a d that looks like different things like el or cl  or simply l. people that have letters that look like different letters have a good ability to bend the truth, and make it what they want, so if you ever find your self a person who the typing abilities mention here and in #1 there is a high chance that you are dealing with a criminal, or even a serial killer.

Angry people: people with rage problems have a tendency of not just spacing out in real  life, but also to freak out in person, a very simple way to see if someone has a short fuse is to see the dots on his lower case i‘s, you see if the dot of the i really close to the i then the person is calm and will not blow up, but if the dot of the i is far up or really dark than the person is a ticking time bomb that can explode any moment. but the problem with this technic is that not everyone puts dots in their i’s, so what do you do, you must look  at their lower case p’s, if you see is the in the first stoke of the p that the line is relatively larger that the hump of the P the n you have a person with ar really short fuse.

so thats the technics that I found interesting in this book I ope it helps

Ishmael is the new book I’m reeding this month, my first impression of Ishmael was the fact that it reminded me of another book that I read last year called ” The Stranger,” the reason that this book reminded me so much of it is because the main character seemed exactly like the main character in the book, but it wasn’t only the way they talked and acted but their life experience, in the begging of Ishmael the main character finds an add looking for someone with the desire to save the world, and he goes crazy talking about al the false people that think that they are gonna save the world, and then he starts telling his story about how he once thought that people could change the world but them found out the hard way that all this about helping the earth is just a big fraud, and its very similar to The Stranger, another person that has also lost faith in the world and its ability to change.

but after the 2nd chapter there is a change, he finds Ishmael, and his whole perspective changes he finds a small pice of hope, like this person can really change the world, or at least make a big difference, and i find that to be rare in books and even in real life, i find that once people lose hope in something its really hard for them to get hope back but some times it happens and when it does people can change the world.

 So thats my first look at the book Ishmael, I cant wait to see what i can learn from thins book, maybe it will give me the faith I need to help the world

so I finished the book, and I got to say that the book is one of the greatest books that I have ever read, the book is a really fun book with a great attitude is not a book that gets boring after a a certain period of time, the book always has that charm that really makes it hard to let go of it, this book has taught me so much about things that can be seen in the handwriting of people, how you can determine how someone is, how you can get to know someone for who they really are, and of course the irony that you sometimes see when you meet a person for the first time and who they actually are, like a fun outgoing person can have actual intimacy issues. I think this book is a book which you just fall in love with, it is so much fun to read it and to even do some of the test that the book suggests you do, I must admit I have learned a lot about my self.

I truly recommend this book to anyone that wants to learn neat things about the secrets that can be found in handwriting and who also wants to learn a little about them self’s too, I think that anyone who takes a chance with this book will love its, it is truly a great book and I am glad I have read it.

so for any one that wants to learn about the mysteries of Sex, Lies, and Handwriting, there is no greater book to read

the book, sex lies and handwriting, is all about teaching you how to analyse the writing of people and find out how they think and feel. the thing that makes the book interesting is how much it interacts with the reader telling them scenario and real live cases of killers and rapists. Also it gives you various chances to see how well you can read peoples handwriting, another thing that makes it interesting is that sometimes it will tell you to write a sentence and them after seen some examples it will tell you to check what you wrote so ou can compare and even find out new and interesting about yourself that you may not have even guessed.

Like I said the book tells you about actual cases that have happened in the U.S. and it uses those cases to teach you about their handwriting, which is great but the one thing that I would have made different is to include more international cases, like Jack the Ripper, and other serial killers of europe and other areas, and not just base it on crimes that have only happen in the U.S.

I truly find this to be a helpful book, because it teaches you to be careful with the people you know, it teaches you that what people may say, do, or the way they act can be completely different from the way that they truly are, which I find it to be really good, because every time you meet someone new you always wonder who they really are under neath all the things they say and do.

sex, lies, and handwriting is a phycological book that talks about how you can tell how a person is by the way that they write certain words. The book was writen by a person how reeds peoples hand writng for a livin, and its really interesting how she uses some examples of her clients.

 at first the book teaches you simple things to start up, like the fact that a persons handwriting is divided into 3 sections and how this section can tell a lot about the cain of person that you are. then as the book keeps on going it teaches you how to see more things  that are hidden in the three sections and how everything we do is connected to our handwriting.

also another interesting thing that it teaches you is how to read a persons signature and how you can find this that someone likes by pictures or drawing that a person does when he or she write his signature.

something that i found interesting is how the author uses a lot of her own stories and cases as examples to show you, she talks about different criminals and shows you their hand writing and tells you how just by seen the way they write there I’s you can find out what type of weapons they use and i find thats really interesting, how you can find out so much about people, you can see if someone is lying, if their gay, if they get angry easily,  just by seen their handwriting and examining it 

the last olympian blog3

the most vivid scene of the story was the last battle that happens in the story, the battle is between Percy and Kronos, at mount olympus, the reason that I really like this scene is because this is the final battle the thing that I have been waiting from the first book, the thing that will decide the fait of the whole world. And I think its really interesting how the battle can changes every time,like you can never be sure who will truly win because there are parts that the author just doest even let you guess because you know how fast things can change  .

Another thing that makes this a great scene is the involvement of other characters that take place in the fight, even how Grover who is the one with no fighting skills helps out the best way he can. also the actual writing and how the author describes all the fight and what happens is a big part of what makes this such a good scene.

like i said earlier the reason that this impacted me so much is the fact that this is the final fight that you have been waiting from the beginning of the story, its also interesting because this is the moment that the prophesy is soposed to happen and its always the question of what would happen if the prophesy is wrong and it turns out to be the end of the gods, and i thing that is something that keeps you reeding the story.

WEll thats all I have from the last olympian, i thing its a great book with a great ending, and I hope that I can reed more books like this in the future

the last Olympian is completely different from the other Percy Jackson novels, this one has way more battles, critical points that affect a lot of thins and it also has more death, in the sense that this shows how any of Percy’s friends die in combat, also this book shows more fighting scenes than alll the other stories, wich is good, because i find it way better then just going traveling to places, it more action and it’s truly better in the sense that, its truly hard to put the book down, from start to finish its the question of what’s gonna happen that makes you stick to the book, also another thing that makes you unable to put the book down are the thongs that the book tells you, new parts of the prophesy that gives you a new out look on the story.

this book is defiantly more like the books that i like, because of the action and the mystery brought by some of the things that you find out in the book, its truly unexpected, and thats really what i like in a book, that suspense that you don’t know if they are gonna win or if their gonna loose.

 it was a great book and a great series in total, full of great moments and  i truly hope that in the near future i can reed more books like that, because those are the kind of books that you never want to put down and you always want to reed them all over again
